Following a 1.4% decline in GDP last quarter, the U.S. is set for 0% growth in Q2 2022. This comes as the FED has been increasing interest rates due to high inflation, which has decreased spending in the economy. Further, the increased value of USD has caused a decrease in foreign spending when measured in USD. Overall it appears to be clear that the country is headed toward an official recession at the end of this month.
