[PREDICTION 2026] Amazon is the best performing stock of the Mag 7 due t retail margin expansion driven by automation, robotics, and #Artificial Intelligence, which I believe the market is still underestimating.
Without a leading AI model, and with Amazon’s rivals in the cloud, Microsoft and Google, growing quickly, some investors and customers were skeptical but I think we'll start seeing the advantages Amazon has from focusing on three “layers of the stack”: models, applications and chips.
Their Trainium chips have more potential than just bringing to Amazon and its profit margins. They also have more industrial #Robotics Revolution 🦾🤖🦿 than ANYONE, and I expect those efficiencies to start showing up in their earnings this year.
