2) Carl Pei’s “Nothing” did a big one earlier this year.  Sahil Lavingia’s rolling fund comes to mind too

1) I think it’s great and makes incentives more naturally aligned. Agree with what’s on the slides.  That said, not sure if it causes a mess on the cap table and unsophisticated investors are more likely to be a headache.
