The intelligence China collected was mostly from electronic signals, which can be picked up from weapons systems or include communications from base personnel.

What does it tell us about the State of the Union? For the first time in a hundred years, the US faces a real competitor. And goes into panic mode.

If I were American I'd be totally embarrassed my govt shot down several 10 cent balloons with a 5 $0.5 million missiles.
