WOW - In 2023, China is poised to overtake Japan as the world's leading car exporter. China surpassed South Korea's vehicle exports in 2021 and outperformed Germany in 2022. 

This shift comes amid a slowing growth trend in China's domestic car market, which reached its peak in sales volume in 2017.
